一种660 MW机组深度调峰工况屏式过热器超温的解决方案

摘要 为响应国家号召,积极落实火电机组灵活性提升工作要求,有效推进上级公司多能互补工作,不断提高机组上网竞争力和盈利能力,组织开展1号、2号机组20%深度调峰研究与改造工作,针对改造摸底试验中暴露的屏式过热器壁温超温问题,通过数据收集,原因分析、方案比选、实施改造等工作,基本解决了两台机组20%额定负荷深度调峰工况屏式过热器壁温超温问题,为两台机组顺利实现20%额定负荷深度调峰改造目标提供了参考。 In order to respond to the call of the state,actively implement the requirements for improving the flexibility of thermal power generator units,effectively promote the complementary work of superior companies,constantly improve the online competitiveness and profitability of the units,organize the research and transformation of 20%deep peak shaving of units 1 and 2,and focus on the problem of overheating of the wall temperature of the platen superheater exposed in the transformation bottom-up test,through data collection,cause analysis,scheme comparison,implementation of transformation and other work,The problem of wall temperature over temperature of platen superheater under 20%rated load deep peak shaving condition of two units was basically solved,which laid a foundation for the two units to successfully achieve the goal of 20%rated load deep peak shaving transformation.
