摘要 面对航空航天技术发展和产业界对创新型高素质人才培养的迫切需求,该文以“共研一架飞机”为牵引,充分发挥“北京一号”第一代航空领军人才精神,重点针对航空航天发展新阶段创新型人才培养所面临的三大问题,依托飞行器综合化数字实验平台,采用课程群联合教学、团队毕设等实践形式,打通“课程—专业—学院—学校”四个壁垒,深化科教融合、产教结合,构建跨课程/跨学院/跨学科/跨专业的联合人才培养体系,推动形成航空航天发展新阶段的创新人才培养模式,为国家培养具备“六位一体”的新一代空天创新型人才。 Facing the urgent demand of aerospace technology development and industry for training innovative and high-quality talents,this paper takes"co-developing an aircraft"as the traction.It gives full play to the spirit of the first generation of aviation leaders of"Beijing No.1".It focuses on the three major problems facing the training of innovative talents in the new stage of aerospace development.The paper focuses on the three major issues faced by creative skill cultivation in the latest phase of aerospace development,relies on the integrated digital experiment platform of aircraft,adopts the practical forms of reciprocal teaching of course groups and teamwork,and breaks through the four barriers of"course-major-college-school",deepens the integration of science and education and industry-education combination,and builds a joint cross-course/cross-college/cross-discipline/cross-professional talent cultivation system.It has promoted the formation of an innovative talent training model in the new stage of aerospace development and cultivated a new generation of creative talents in the air and space with"six-in-one"for the country.
