科学家精神传承视角下地球物理人才培养体系构建与调整——基于8位两院院士培养的实践经验

摘要 高校教师是人才培养的主体,教师持有什么样的价值取向,熏染的学生就具有什么价值判断,就具有什么样的人生追求。为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、怎样培养人,这是我们永恒的主题。打铁必须自身硬,吉林大学地球探测科学与技术学院具有励精图治、潜心教学、刻苦钻研的良好传统。数十年言传身教、耳濡目染、人才辈出,培养多名院士和不计个人得失的地学中流砥柱,也拥有黄大年老师这样的“时代楷模”“全国优秀共产党员”。到目前为止,学院毕业的校友有8位成为两院院士,这还不包括曾经在我院工作的老师、外籍院士和外国院士。该文从院士的培养来简单论述学院在人才培养文化传承方面的改革。 Teachers in colleges and universities are the main body of talent training.What kind of value orientation teachers hold means what kind of value judgments and life pursuits their students have.For whom to train people,what kind of people to train,and how to train people is our eternal theme.Blacksmithing must be hard on its own.The College of Earth Exploration Science and Technology of Jilin University has a good tradition of hard work,dedicated teaching,and assiduous research.After decades of teaching by words and deeds,and many talented people,the university has trained many academicians and a mainstay of geoscience regardless of personal gains and losses,and it also has such the"model of the Times"and"National Excellent Communist Party member"as Mr.Huang Danian.So far,8 alumni who have graduated from the college have become academicians of the two academies,excluding teachers,foreign academicians and foreign academicians who have worked in our college.The following briefly discusses the reform of the college in the aspect of talent training and cultural inheritance from the training of academicians.
