经济学新文科人才培养是经济学新文科建设的关键,如何变革培养模式来顺应新时代高质量发展要求,是新文科建设中经济学学科的责任和使命。该文以经济学新文科人才培养模式为抓手,构建中国特色理论体系传授与阐释的新文科建设人才培养育人新机制,打造顺应时代发展和国际化潮流需求的新文科建设人才培养为一体的综合体,形成“科教融合-产教融合-理实融合”等多交叉融合的新文科经济学交叉育人新模式。结合国家战略和地方发展要求,孕育经济学新文科人才。

Training of new liberal arts talents in economics is the key to the construction of the new liberal arts of economics.How to change the training mode to conform to the requirements of high-quality development in the modern era is the responsibility and mission of construction of new liberal arts talents in economics.This paper takes the training of new liberal arts talents as the starting point,construct a new talent training and education mechanism based on the theoretical system with Chinese characteristics,build a complex of new liberal arts talents in economics that conforms to the development of the times and the trend of internationalization,form a new cross-education mode of"integration of science and education,integration of industry and education,and integration of science and reality",which is to combine with the national strategy and regional development requirements to breed new liberal arts of economics.
