以德术培养为目标的思政教学一体化建设在中医妇科学教学中的应用

中医妇科学是中医院校的主干课程之一,旨在通过课程教学,使学生全面掌握中医妇科常见疾病的诊疗。课程思政建设是把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务的一种教育理念。思政教学一体化是培养具有职业精神的临床医生、提高医患沟通水平、增强中医药文化自信的关键。中医妇科学思政教学一体化目前面临着教师对价值导向把握不够,社会因素对学生的不良影响以及医患信任度降低等困境。通过在课堂教学中,将课程内容与思政教育有机融合、发扬中医妇科学经典著作中的人文精神以及多种教学手段的应用提高学生共情能力;在实践教学中,通过临床带教中发挥教师的示范引领作用、引用医疗纠纷案例激发学生深度思考以及多层面增加学生实践机会等方法,培养学生的人文关怀与专业自信,在教学的各个环节中贯穿思政教学一体化,全方位培养人才,实现“立德树人”的培养目标。

Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is one of the main courses in TCM colleges and universities,which aims to enable students to master the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases of TCM gynecology through course teaching.The ideological and political construction of curriculum is a kind of educational idea which regards"moral cultivation"as the fundamental task of education.The integration of ideological and political teaching is the key to train professional clinicians,improve doctor-patient communication and enhance the confidence of TCM culture.At present,the integration of ideological and political teaching in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine is faced with the difficulties of teachers'insufficient grasp of value orientation,the negative influence of social factors on students and the decrease of doctor-patient trust.Through the organic integration of course content and ideological and political education in the classroom teaching,carrying forward the humanistic spirit in the classic works of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine and the application of various teaching methods to improve students'empathy ability;In practice teaching,through the play to the teacher's demonstration leading role in clinical teaching,references,the medical dispute case depth stimulate students thinking and methods of multiple levels increase the chance of students'practice,cultivate the students'humanistic care and professional confidence,in each teaching link of education teaching integration,all-round talents cultivation,to achieve the cultivation goal of"moral cultivation".
