摘要
微生物学是一门理论性和应用性很强的基础学科。作为酿酒工程专业必修的核心课程,该课程学习的好坏直接决定今后专业课程的学习成效,最终影响毕业生的培养质量。如何上好微生物学课就变得十分重要。然而,目前微生物学课程的教学改革大多偏向于食品、发酵工程、环境和医学等领域,具体针对酿酒工程专业的微生物学课程的教学改革还十分缺乏。因此,该文以贵州大学国家一流专业和通过工程教育认证的酿酒工程专业176名学生为例,首先,简要介绍微生物学课程的教学过程中存在的常见问题,深入分析其形成原因。其次,基于工程教育专业认证以“以学生为中心、产出导向、持续改进”三大基本理念,从重构知识体系、优化教学方法、完善考核体系和自主学习强化等方面提出改进措施,以期为酿酒工程专业在工程教育认证背景下微生物学课程教学模式改革提供参考和思路。
Microbiology is a robust theoretic and application course.As a core course for liquor engineering major,its studying effect will directly influence the quality of subsequent professional course study,finally determining the training quality of graduates.At present,most teaching model reformation of course microbiology have only focused on the food science and engineering,fermentation engineering,environment and medicine fields,the reformation specific to liquor engineering major is greatly limited.Therefore,a total of 176 students from liquor engineering major of Guizhou University,as the national first-class major and major authorized by engineering education accreditation association,are chosen to analyzed in this study.The common problems during the studying process were firstly introduced and subsequently the causes to the above problems were deeply analyzed in the present study.Finally,based on"students-centralization,outcome-orientation and sustainable improvement"three core conceptions of engineering education accreditation,the measurements were referred from teaching contents,teaching methods,evaluation system and independent learning aspects.It is hopefully to provide references and ideas for the teaching model reformation of course microbiology of the major liquor engineering.
