新冠病毒感染疫情下机械类“产教融合、协同育人”实践课程教学改革与探索 被引量:1

摘要 产教融合、协同育人是推动产业技术发展的新的高校人才培养模式。然而,新冠病毒感染疫情爆发后,产教融合人才培养的开展开始面临巨大挑战。全国各地疫情均有发生,高校学生无法正常返校及企业开始严格执行厂区出入人员数目管控制度,导致机械类专业学生实践教学空间受阻,教学效果严重降低。该文提出通过完善校企合作制度和构建线上实践课程等措施,探索疫情下校企如何正常开展实践教学方案,构建疫情下的机械类人才培养创新模式。 Integration between industry and education and cooperative education is a new talent cultivation mode in colleges and universities to promote the development of industrial technology.However,after the outbreak of COVID-19,the talent cultivation with the integration of industry and education began to face great challenges.With the occurrence of epidemic situation all over the country,college students cannot return to school normally and enterprises begin to strictly implement the control system of the number of personnel in and out of the factory area,resulting in the hindrance of the practical teaching space of mechanical majors and the serious reduction of teaching effect.This paper proposes to improve the school-enterprise cooperation system and build online practice courses and other measures to explore how to normally carry out practical teaching programs in schools and enterprises under the epidemic,and to build an innovative mode of mechanical talent cultivation under the epidemic.
