摘要
应用型人才培养视域下地方本科院校转型发展,有助于促进人才培养机制完善与现代职教体系构建,推动技术人才结构优化与高校发展方式创新,缓解大学生就业压力与满足人才市场需求。该文提出地方本科院校转型发展中存在诸多问题,人才培养目标定位不清,课程安排缺乏合理性,师资队伍结构缺乏科学性,双师型教师不足,人才培养评价主体单一。这就需要对其进行优化,明确定位人才培养目标,合理安排人才培养课程结构,优化人才培养师资队伍结构,增加双师型教师,鼓励多元主体参与人才评价,注重实践环节考核。
Transformation and development of local universities from the perspective of applied talent training make contributions to a perfect talent training mechanism,a modern vocational education system,a better structure of technical talents,and an innovated development mode for universities,as we seek to relieve the employment pressure for college graduates,as well as meet the demand of the talent market.This paper proposes there are still a lot of confronting problems in transformation and development of local universities.For example,the objectives of talent training are unclear;the curriculum arrangement is unreasonable;the structure of teaching faculty are unscientific,the dual-qualification teachers are insufficient;as well as the evaluation subject of talent training is single.Therefore,by leveraging clear objectives and rational curriculum arrangement of talent training,we optimize the structure of teaching faculty.They actively boost more dual-qualification teachers.Meanwhile,we should encourage multi-subject in talent evaluation,and lay emphasis on the assessment of practice.
