直流集中供电技术在地铁车辆段照明中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:为解决目前地铁车辆段天棚照明灯具由于安装高度高、下有接触网,存在维修困难、施工复杂的问题,同时为解决普通交流LED(发光二极管)灯具不具备调光节能能力而存在电能浪费的问题,以及为解决交流LED灯具小功率分布式整流回路上电能质量较差的问题和解决交流LED灯具智能化管控通信管线布置麻烦、调试困难等问题,故将智能化直流集中供电照明技术应用在车辆段照明中。方法:传统交流配电箱变换为智能化直流集中供电柜,集成了集中整流、回路配电、照明智能化控制等功能。通过前端大功率集中整流,代替了传统交流LED小功率分布式整流方式;同时采用直流电力载波作为供电柜至灯具的通信控制方案,减少了通信控制线的布置;通过整流模块输出电压耦合纹波信号,下发控制指令,以实现直流电力载波的通信。结果及结论:通过采用智能化直流集中供电照明方案,减免了灯具通信线的布置,实现了稳定可靠的智能化调光控制,直流柜的电能质量得到提高,使交流供电侧功率因数上升、三相电流不平衡度减小、电网谐波含量下降,照明系统用电综合效率得以提升。实际运行数据表明,智能化直流集中供电应用于地铁车辆段照明后解决了天棚照明中存在的问题,使设备成本小幅下降、维修率显著降低、节能效果明显、电能利用改善,故具有较好的推广意义。 Objective:Metro vehicle depot lighting system currently faces problems of difficult maintenance and complex construction caused by the ceiling installation height and the OCS(overhead catenary system)below.Additionally,there are problems including energy waste caused by the lack of dimming capabilities of common AC LED(light emitting diode)lighting fixtures,the poor power quality of small-power distributed rectifier circuits and difficult communication pipeline layout and debugging of common AC LED lighting fixtures.Thus intelligent DC centralized power supply lighting technology is applied to vehicle depot lighting.Method:The conventional AC distribution box is replaced by an intelligent DC centralized power supply cabinet,which integrates centralized rectification,circuit distribution,and intelligent lighting control functionalities.The large-power centralized rectification is used instead of the conventional AC LED small-power distributed rectification.At the same time,DC power carrier is used as the communication control scheme from the power supply cabinet to the lighting fixtures,reducing the need for communication control lines.The rectification module outputs voltage-coupled ripple signals to issue control commands,thereby achieving DC power carrier communication.Result&Conclusion:By adopting the intelligent DC centralized power supply lighting solution,the need for lighting communication lines is reduced,stable and reliable intelligent dimming control is achieved,the power quality of the DC cabinet is improved,the power factor of the AC power supply side is increased,together with the decrease of the three-phase current imbalance and the harmonic content of the power grid,the comprehensive efficiency of the lighting system is improved.Conclusion:Actual operation data show that the application of intelligent DC centralized power supply to metro vehicle depot lighting has solved the problems of ceiling lighting,slightly reduced equipment costs,significantly reduced maintenance rates,achieved obvious energy-saving effects,and improved the utilization of electric energy,demonstrating good promotion significance.
