智能制造背景下高职“机器视觉检测技术”教学改革实践 被引量:1

摘要 课题组针对高职“机器视觉检测技术”课程教学缺乏适合高职学生的教学资源、传统的课程教学模式与创新创业教育融合度不够高、考核评价方法存在弊端的问题,进行“机器视觉检测技术”教学改革实践研究。以佛山职业技术学院为例,基于竞赛和考证平台开发机器视觉检测技术相关的联调实践项目,校企合作开发企业案例教学资源,组建师生科研团队,鼓励学生参与到开发专利、撰写论文、课题研究等科研活动中,并将创新实践能力考核纳入考核评价方法中。教学实践表明,应用改革后的“机器视觉检测技术”课程教学方法,提高了学生参加课外相关科研活动的主动性,激发了学生的创新思维,培养了学生的创新创业能力,教学效果显著。 Aiming at the lack of teaching resources suitable for the students in higher vocational colleges,the task group of this paper points out that the integration of traditional teaching mode and innovation and entrepreneurship education is not high enough,the teaching reform of“Machine Vision Detection Technology”is studied in this paper.Taking Foshan Polytechnic as an example,based on the platform of contest and textual research,the research group developed the Joint Investigation Practice Project related to machine vision detection technology,and the school-enterprise cooperation developed the enterprise case teaching resources,and formed the scientific research team of teachers and students,encourage students to participate in the development of patents,writing papers,research and other scientific research activities,and innovative practice ability assessment into the assessment methods.The teaching practice shows that the application of the reformed teaching method of“Machine Vision Detection Technology”improves the students’initiative to participate in extracurricular scientific research activities and stimulates students’innovative thinking,training the students’innovative and entrepreneurial ability,the teaching effect is remarkable.
