我国环境责任保险研究

Research on environmental liability insurance in China

环境责任保险可以有效防范化解重大环境灾难事故,解决生态环境风险以及其所衍生的一系列生态环境问题。文章简述了环境责任保险出现的历史背景及其在我国的发展状况,并分别从相关企业和保险公司两个角度阐述了我国环境责任保险存在的问题,进而提出了完善我国环境责任保险的相关建议。

Environmental liability insurance can effectively prevent and resolve major environmental disasters,solve ecological envi-ronmental risks and a series of ecological and environmental problems arising therefrom.This paper briefly describes the historical back-ground of the emergence of environmental liability insurance and its development in China,and expounds the problems of environmental lia-bility insurance in China from the perspectives of relevant enterprises and insurance companies,and then puts forward relevant suggestions for improving environmental liability insurance in China.
