三孩政策下育龄青年生育意愿现状及影响因素研究

Study on the current situation and factors influencing the fertility intention of young people of childbearing age under the three-child policy

在当下三孩政策颁布以及人口呈明显少子化趋势的背景下,为探究育龄青年生育意愿现状及其影响因素,文章采用问卷调查法、人物访谈法等,选取20~49岁的育龄女性、22~49岁的育龄男性为研究对象,展开个人访谈与调查,并用SPSS25.0进行描述性统计与Logistic回归分析。调研结果发现:338份调查问卷中,超过半数的人表示目前没有生育意愿,生育与工作能否平衡成为影响职场女性生育意愿的关键,住房、就业、人生规划等经济、就业压力也使育龄青年不愿再担上生育重担。

In the context of the promulgation of the three-child policy and the obvious trend of population with fewer children,in or-der to investigate the current situation of fertility intention of young people of childbearing age and its influencing factors,this paper adopts questionnaires and character interviews to select women of childbearing age 20~49 and men of childbearing age 22~49 as research subjects,and use SPSS25.0 to conduct descriptive statistics and Logistic regression analysis.The results of the study revealed that more than half of the 338 questionnaires indicated that they had no intention to have children at present,and the balance between childbirth and work became the key to influence women’s willingness to have children,and the economic and employment pressures such as housing,employ-ment and life planning also make young people of childbearing age reluctant to take on the burden of childbirth.
