新发展格局下城市枢纽经济的逻辑演绎及实践进路——以衢州市为例

Research on the logical deduction and practical approach of urban hub economy——Taking Quzhou city as an example

在“加快构建新发展格局,着力推动高质量发展”的宏观战略背景下,部分非沿海城市凭借地理区位优势,竞相发展外向型枢纽经济。从“综合交通”体系与枢纽经济的关系入手,把握扩大内需的战略基点,选择位于浙皖闽赣四省边际的浙江省衢州市作为案例地,通过现有相关文献和现场调研,结合集聚和辐射理论,探究我国城市枢纽经济发展的逻辑演绎过程,阐述衢州市发展城市枢纽经济的现实基础、功能定位、存在问题。最后,从内外通道、枢纽节点、区域衔接方面思考城市枢纽经济发展路径,以期为长三角区域经济优化布局、浙皖闽赣四省边际发展提供参考。

Under the macro strategic background of“accelerating the construction of a new development pattern and striving to pro-mote high-quality development”,some non-coastal cities are competing to develop export-oriented hub economy by virtue of their geo-graphical location advantages.Starting from the relationship between the“integrated transportation”system and the hub economy,grasping the strategic basis for expanding domestic demand,Quzhou city,Zhejiang province,which is located on the edge of the four provinces of Zhejiang,Anhui,Fujian and Jiangxi,is selected as the case site.Through the existing relevant literature and on-site research,combined with the theory of agglomeration and radiation,this paper explores the logical deduction process of our country's urban hub economic develop-ment,and expounds the realistic basis,functional orientation and existing problems of Quzhou city's development of urban hub economy.Fi-nally,consider the economic development path of urban hubs from the perspective of internal and external channels,hub nodes,and regional connections,in order to make a reference for the optimal layout of the Yangtze River Delta regional economy and the marginal development of Zhejiang,Anhui,Fujian and Jiangxi provinces.
