基于ERP系统应用下的企业内部控制研究

近年来我国信息技术迅猛发展,市场竞争日益激烈,企业能否在市场中站稳脚跟、能否占据更多市场份额是企业管理者关注的焦点,ERP系统与内部控制的整合推行助推了多数企业在行业中的脱颖而出。文章主要研究了ERP系统给企业内部控制带来的积极影响,剖析了在ERP系统应用环境下企业内部控制存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了具体的对策建议,以促进企业健康地发展。

In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese information technology and the increasing competition in the mar-ket,whether enterprises can stand firm in the market and occupy more market shares is the focus of enterprise managers.The integration of ERP system and internal control has helped most enterprises stand out in the industry.This paper mainly studies the positive impact of ERP system on enterprise internal control,and analyzes the problems existing in enterprise internal control under the application environment of ERP system,and on this basis,puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions,in order to promote the healthy development of the enterprise.
