民营建筑公司财务风险识别与应对研究

Research on financial risk identification and response of private construction companies

随着我国经济体制的不断完善,建筑行业的竞争更加激烈,目前很多民营建筑公司在财务风险的识别与应对方面还存在着一些缺陷,不利于公司的高质量发展。文章列举了民营建筑公司几种常规的财务风险识别方法,然后对当前民营建筑公司的财务风险识别进行了深入分析,并针对不同的财务风险,提出了相应的应对措施,以期为民营建筑公司的发展提供一定的参考。

With the continuous improvement of China’s economic system,the competition in the construction industry is more intense,and many private construction companies still have some defects in the identification and response of financial risks,which is not conducive to the high-quality development of the company.This paper lists several conventional financial risk identification methods of private con-struction companies,and then conducts an in-depth analysis of the current financial risk identification of private construction companies,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for different financial risks,in order to provide certain references for the development of private construction companies.
