The current situation of talent work and ideas for improvement in Hezhou

人才工作是实现高质量发展的关键性工作。文章采用文献研究、调查研究等方法,首先通过调查分析把握贺州市人才工作现状,然后提出创新人才工作理念与思路、创建高效人才工作综合体、完善人才工作机制与政策体系等优化思路,为促进人才工作高质量发展提供思路参考,也希望对人才工作领域研究有所推进。

Talent work is the key to achieve high-quality development.Using the methods of literature study,investigation and re-search,first of all,through investigation and analysis,this paper grasp the current situation of talent work in Hezhou,and then put forward i-deas on how to improve Hezhou’s talent work,such as innovating talent work concepts and ideas,creating an efficient talent work complex,and improving the talent work mechanism and policy system,hoping to provide reference for Hezhou or other cities or regions similar to Hezhou in promoting the high quality development of talent work,and also to promote the research in the field of talent work.
