摘要 《中华人民共和国数据安全法》《个人信息保护法》等法律法规相继发布后,如何在保护数据安全和个人隐私的前提下满足数据价值融合需求成为各方关注的重点,以多方安全计算、联邦学习以及可信执行环境为代表的隐私计算是解决此问题的关键。文章通过对隐私计算在金融领域的反欺诈、风控、反洗钱以及可疑支付监测等应用进行研究,总结出隐私计算在金融领域面临的挑战和解决路径,从而为推动金融领域数据安全共享、深化数据场景应用提供有益参考。
