职业院校教师教学团队建设研究的知识图谱——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

Knowledge map of vocational college teachers’teaching team construction research on based on visualized analysis of CiteSpace

运用文献计量学软件CiteSpace分析2011—2021年国内职业院校教师教学团队建设的研究热点和发展趋势。通过对其关键词、发文机构、被引文献、作者的可视化分析,发现职业院校教师教学团队建设研究热点主要为“高职院校”“教学团队”“建设”“校企合作”“双师结构”等。产教融合和协同创新是今后的研究趋势,职业院校的教学团队建设、团队能力、建设机制领域的研究则有待完善。

Bibliometric software CiteSpace was used to analyze the research hotspots and development trend of teaching team construction in vocational colleges in China in the past ten years from 2011 to 2021.By the visualization analysis of topics,keywords,authors of articles,issuing agency,cited literature and cited authors,it is found that the research hotspots of teaching team construction in vocational colleges in China are mainly“higher vocational colleges”,“teaching team”“construction”,“school-enterprise cooperation”,and“dual-teacher structure”.The integration of industry and education and collaborative innovation are the future research trends,while the research on teaching team construction,team capacity and construction mechanism of vocational colleges needs to be improved.
