“三全育人”视域下高职院校党建带团建路径探究

摘要 “三全育人”工作理念为落实新时代高职院校立德树人根本宗旨,推进新时代中国特色社会主义教育事业提供了理论依据和行动方向。当前,高职院校党建带团建工作还存在思想认识不到位、工作机制不健全等问题,造成党建带团建工作实效性差。以“三全育人”理念作为高职院校党建带团建工作的出发和遵循,有助于发挥党团组织的政治优势,创新党建带团建的工作机制,进而推进高职院校党建带团建工作实现高质量的发展,创建党建引领下的高职院校思想政治教育的工作格局。 The work concept of“three all-around education”provides theoretical basis and action direction for implementing the fundamental purpose of cultivating morality and educating people in higher vocational colleges in the new era and promoting the socialist education cause with Chinese characteristics in the new era.At present,there are still some problems like inadequate ideological understanding and imperfect working mechanism in the field of promoting league building by Party building in higher vocational colleges,which results in poor effectiveness of promoting league building by Party building.Taking the concept of“three all-around education”as the starting point and following of the work of promoting league building by Party building is helpful to give play to the political advantages of the Party and league organization,innovate the working mechanism of promoting league building by Party building,and then promote the high quality development of the work of promoting league building by Party building,and create the working pattern of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the guidance of Party construction.
