摘要
教学督导是高校教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,存在督导制度体系不健全、机构设置不规范、督导队伍不合理、工作机制不科学等现实困境。高校教学督导联盟具有促进督导在校地位提升、实现校际资源共享与融合、提升督导工作实效、提升高校教学管理水平等价值。高校要组建联盟应凝聚共识、自主选择督导模式、明确督导的方法与内容,并争取政府部门的支持,建设高校教学督导信息服务平台,以此强化督导成果应用。
Teaching supervision is an important part of university teaching quality assurance system.However,there are some practical difficulties such as imperfect supervision system,nonstandard institutional setup,unreasonable supervision team and unscientific working mechanism.The teaching supervision alliance of colleges and universities has the value of promoting the status of supervision,realizing the sharing and integration of inter-school resources,improving the effectiveness of supervision work,and improving the level of teaching management in colleges and universities.To form the alliance,colleges and universities should build consensus,choose supervision mode independently,strive for the support of government departments,build teaching supervision information service platform,clarify the method and content of supervision to strength the application of supervision results.
