基质酸化活性柴油乳状液控水分流研究与应用

摘要 针对海上疏松砂岩油藏存在非均质性严重、污染程度高、酸化解堵后含水率上升等问题,开展了活性柴油乳状液体系封堵分流研究。室内实验结果表明:活性柴油乳状液体系黏度较高,且油相比例越低,乳状液黏度越高;对高渗层具有较好封堵效果,封堵率大于90%;双管并联岩心封堵分流实验表明,分流率可达83.9%,高渗岩心(水层)渗透率下降63.53%,低渗岩心(油层)渗透率降低7.31%。与常规酸化解堵措施相结合,可起到均匀布酸的效果。矿场试验结果表明:活性柴油乳状液体系进入地层后,注入压力明显上升,使后续酸液发生转向。施工后作业井产液量从37 m^(3)/d升至105 m^(3)/d,产油量从11 m^(3)/d升至13.6 m^(3)/d。 In view of the problems of serious heterogeneity,high pollution degree and rising water cut after acid plugging in unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,a plugging and diverting study of activated diesel emulsion liquid system was carried out.The laboratory experiment results show that the higher the viscosity of active diesel emulsion system,and the lower the oil-phase ratio,the higher the viscosity of emulsion.It has a good sealing effect on the high permeability layer,and the sealing rate is higher than 90%.The plugging and shunt test of double tube parallel core shows that the flow separation rate can reach 83.9%,the permeability of high permeability core(water layer)decreases by 63.53%,while the permeability of low permeability core(oil layer)decreases by 7.31%.Combined with the conventional acid plugging measures,the effect of uniform acid distribution can be achieved.Field test results show that after the reactive diesel emulsion system enters the formation,the injection pressure significantly increases,leading to subsequent acid diversion,After adopting this measure,the liquid production increased from^(3)7 to 105 m^(3)/d,and the oil production increased from 11 to 13.6 m^(3)/d.
