基于ABAQUS的减振器连接套冲孔过程仿真分析

摘要 减振器连接套孔的冲孔过程是一个非常复杂的变形过程,其有着变形区很小、冲裁力较集中的特点,还伴随着板料的断裂问题。为了进一步分析减振器连接套孔的冲孔过程和力学性能,通过非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对冲孔过程进行仿真,得到冲孔过程中主要变形区的应力应变分布情况,分析了冲裁力的变化规律,并与经验公式算出的结果进行对比,可以说明有限元软件ABAQUS模拟仿真的可行性,为冲裁工艺参数的优化等提供理论依据。 The punching process of connecting sleeve of shock absorber is a very complex deformation process,which has the characteristics of small deformation area,concentrated punching force accompanied by sheet metal fracture.In order to further study the punching process and mechanical property of connecting sleeve of shock absorber,the punching process is simulated by non-linear finite element software ABAQUS.It can obtain the stress and strain distribution in the main deformation area during punching process,and can analyze the variation of punching force and compare with the results calculated by empirical formula,which can illustrate the feasibility of simulation by finite element software ABAQUS and provide theoretical basis for optimization of punching process parameters.
