摘要 针对老旧小区改造过程中的砌体建筑加固方案选择问题,首先以扎根理论为质性研究方法识别出影响因素,然后构建了基于毕达哥拉斯模糊数的砌体建筑加固方案优选模型,最后利用具体案例验证了模型的有效性。研究结果表明,加固方案排列顺序不因为方法的不同而产生显著差异,优选模型具有一定的鲁棒性。提供了一种可行的加固方案选择方法,并为老旧小区改造过程中砌体建筑的加固提供了参考依据。 To address the problem of masonry building reinforcement scheme selection in the process of old neighborhood renovation,firstly,we identify the influencing factors by using the rooting theory as a qualitative research method,then construct a masonry building reinforcement scheme preference model based on Pythagorean fuzzy numbers,and finally verify the validity of the model by using specific cases.The results show that the ranking order of reinforcement solutions does not differ significantly due to the different methods,and the preference model has a certain degree of robustness.This study provides a feasible reinforcement scheme selection method and provides a reference basis for the reinforcement of masonry buildings in the renovation process of old neighborhoods.
