摘要
随着矿山骨料的开采和应用,不同岩性的石粉作为集料或掺合料被应用到水泥混凝土中。为保证不同岩性石粉在水泥混凝土中的安全及高效应用,研究了不同岩性石粉作为集料或掺合料对水泥胶砂和混凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响。结果表明:花岗岩石粉掺入机制砂中的最大适宜含量比相同细度石灰石粉掺入机制砂中的最大适宜含量低3%左右;石粉作为掺合料直接替代胶凝材料的掺量不宜超过5%;将石粉作为惰性材料替代混凝土中的部分砂浆组分,更有利于改善混凝土的性能。
With the mining and application of mine aggregate,stone powder with different lithology is applied to cement concrete as aggregate or admixture.In order to ensure the safe and efficient application of different lithology stone powder in cement concrete,studies the influence of different lithology stone powder as aggregate and admixture on the working performance and mechanical performance of cement mortar and concrete.The results show that the maximum suitable content of granite powder added to machine-made sand is about 3%lower than that of limestone powder with the same fineness added to machine-made sand;the dosage of stone powder as a direct substitute for cementitious materials should not exceed 5%;replacing the amount of mortar in concrete with stone powder as an inert material is more conducive to improving the performance of concrete.
