虚拟卧式压力容器焊接生产线设计

摘要 为解决压力容器焊接生产过程学习与培训的问题,设计了虚拟卧式压力容器焊接生产线,采用3D Max建模软件构建了焊接操作机、滚轮架等设备、工具的三维模型,采用Unity3D设计了操作界面,用C#语言开发了操作流程,实现了与虚拟模型的交互。所设计的虚拟生产线包括下料、筒节成形、纵缝焊接、环缝焊接等9个工位,可以进行下料、焊前准备、纵缝焊接、环缝焊接等多项工艺的虚拟操作。所设计的虚拟生产线可以实现压力容器焊接的互动式教学,为大专院校虚拟试验教学和企业新员工虚拟实操培训提供了新的方案。 In order to solve problems of learning and training in welding process of pressure vessels,a virtual welding production line for horizontal pressure vessels was designed.3D Max was used to construct 3D models of welding manipulator,roller carriage and other equipment and tools.The user interface was designed with Unity3D,and operation process was developed in C#language,achieving interaction with virtual model.The designed virtual production line consisted of nine workstations,including cutting,cylinder section forming,welding of longitudinal seam and circumferential seam,which could perform virtual operations for multiple processes such as cutting,pre-welding preparation,welding of longitudinal seam and circumferential seam.The designed virtual production line could achieve interactive teaching of pressure vessel welding,providing a new solution for virtual experimental teaching in universities and virtual practical training for new employees in enterprises.
