自我效能在失能老人负性情绪与健康促进生活方式间的中介效应分析

The mesomeric effect of self efficacy between negative emotion and health promoting lifestyle in the elderly with disability

目的探讨自我效能在农村失能老人负性情绪与健康促进生活方式间的中介效应。方法2019年1—10月,应用一般自我效能量表(GSES)、健康行为促进生活方式评定量表(HPLP-Ⅱ)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对开封市农村地区329名失能老人进行问卷调查,采用软件SPSS21.0和Amos22.0对数据进行分析处理。结果失能老人自我效能与焦虑、抑郁情绪呈负相关(P<0.05),与健康促进生活方式呈正相关(P<0.05)。焦虑抑郁可以直接影响失能老年人健康促进生活方式,也可以通过自我效能的中介作用间接影响失能老人健康促进生活方式,其中介效应占总效应的23.12%。结论自我效能在失能老人负性情绪和健康促进生活方式的关系中起部分中介作用。社区人员可以通过提高失能老人自我效能,降低负性情绪来改善健康促进生活方式,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the mesomeric effect of self-efficacy between negative emotions and health promoting lifestyle of rural disabled elderly people.Methods From January to October 2019,329 disabled elderly people in rural areas of Kaifeng were investigated by the General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),Healthy Behavior Promotion Lifestyle Rating Scale(HPLP-Ⅱ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).The data were analyzed with software SPSS 21.0 and Amos 22.0.Results The self-efficacy of disabled elderly people was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression(P<0.05),and positively correlated with health promoting lifestyle(P<0.05).Anxiety and depression conld directly affect the health promotion lifestyle of the disabled elderly,and also indirectly affect the health promotion lifestyle of the disabled elderly through the mediation of self-efficacy,of which the mediation effect accounts for 23.12% of the total effect.Conclusion Self efficacy had a partial mediating role in the relationship between negative emotions and health promoting life in disabled elderly people.Community personnel could improve their health,lifestyle,and quality of life by improving self-efficacy and reducing negative emotions among disabled elderly people.
