社区已育女性盆底功能障碍性疾病现状及影响因素分析

Communities delivered female pelvic floor dysfunction disease status and the influencing factors analysis

目的了解社区已育女性的盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患病情况并分析社区女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的影响因素。方法本研究为横断面研究,选取2021年12月—2022年6月衡阳市某4个社区已育女性405例为研究对象,采用盆底功能障碍简易问卷(PFDI-20)进行问卷调查。结果265例(65.43%)女性出现了1种或多种PFD症状,其中压力性尿失禁(SUI)检出率最高,共143例,占35.30%;其次是尿频,101例,占24.93%。多因素Logistic分析结果显示,长期便秘和生殖道反复感染是导致PFD发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论社区已育女性PFD症状发生率高,其中主要为泌尿系统症状,尤其是SUI应该得到重视,便秘、生殖道反复感染是PFD发生的影响因素,社区应普及盆底功能相关知识,以帮助识别影响因素并进行预防,鼓励已育女性主动到医院进行盆底筛查与治疗,以提高已育女性的生活质量。

Objective To understand the disease of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)in the community and analyze the influencing factors of pelvic floor dysfunction in the community.Methods This study is a crosssectional study,to selecte 405 women in four communities in Hengyang from December 2021 to June 2022 as the study object,taking the pelvic floor dysfunction simple questionnaire(PFDI-20)questionnaire survey.Results 265(65.43%)female had 1 or more PFD symptoms,and stress urinary incontinence(SUI)had the highest detection rate,145 cases in total,account for 35.30%,followed by frequent urination,101 cases,account for 24.93%.The multivariate Logistic analysis showed that long-term constipation and recurrent reproductive tract infection were the risk factors for PFD(P<0.05).Conclusion Community delivered female had PFD symptoms in a high incidence,mainly for urinary symptoms,especially the SUI should be valued,constipation,reproductive tract infection is the influence factors of PFD,community should popularize knowledge of pelvic floor function,to help identify the factors and prevention,encourage fertile female active to the hospital for pelvic floor screening and treatment,in order to improve the quality of life of delivered female.
