摘要
作为新兴的多功能多孔材料,共价有机框架材料(COFs)和金属有机框架材料(MOFs),因具有结构多样性、孔径可调、比表面积大且活性位点多等优点,被广泛用于化学传感器领域。探索基于COFs/MOFs构建的化学传感器,用于高选择性和高灵敏地检测生物标志物,是该领域当前阶段的重要内容。因此该文主要介绍了COFs/MOFs的类型、性质及其在化学传感器中的研究进展。
As the emerging multifunctional porous materials,covalent organic frameworks(COFs)and metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been extensively applied in the field of chemical sensing,due to their diverse structure,adjustable pore size,large specific surface area and large number of active sites.Exploring COFs/MOFs-based chemosensors with high selectivity and low detection limits for cancer biomarkers currently is one of the important topics in this field.In this paper,the structure and properties of COFs/MOFs are briefly introduced,with the focus on the research progress of COFs/MOFs in chemical sensors fields.
