摘要
不确定度的含义是指由于测量误差的存在,对被测量值的不能肯定的程度。反过来,也表明该结果的可信赖程度。它是测量结果质量的指标。不确定度越小,质量越高,水平越高,其使用价值越高;不确定度越大,测量结果的质量越低,水平越低,其使用价值也越低。在量值溯源的测量结果中,必须给出相应的不确定度,一方面便于使用它的人评定其可靠性,另一方面也增强了测量结果之间的可比性。不确定度的评定一是用统计学方法计算的A类标准不确定度uA,它可以用实验标准误差来表征;另一类是其它非统计学方法评定的B类标准不确定度uB,一般由标准证书给出。
Uncertainty refers to the uncertainty of the measured value due to the existence of measurement error.On the contrary,it also indicates the credibility of the results.It is a measure of the quality of the results.The smaller the uncertainty is,the higher the quality is,and the higher the level is,the higher its use value is;The greater the uncertainty,the lower the quality and level of the measurement results,and the lower their use value.In the measurement results of quantity traceability,the corresponding uncertainty must be given.On the one hand,it is convenient for users to evaluate its reliability,on the other hand,it also enhances the comparability between measurement results.The evaluation of uncertainty:First,Class A standard uncertainty uA calculated by statistical method can be characterized by experimental standard error;The other is the Class B standard uncertainty uB assessed by other non statistical methods,which is generally given by the standard certificate.
