教育数字化转型背景下高校戏剧人才培养探析

在教育数字化转型背景下,随着全息投影、虚拟现实、实时影像等数字技术在戏剧领域中的运用,以及随着“剧本+”等剧本娱乐的兴盛,戏剧与新媒介、数字化技术的融合态势日益显著。高校戏剧人才培养的数字化转型既是教育数字化转型背景下的必然要求,也是高校应对戏剧产业发展以及新兴戏剧形态变革的必然之举。戏剧的数字化发展为戏剧带来新机,对戏剧人才培养也提出新要求。高校的戏剧人才培养要直面和回应戏剧行业的数字化趋向,在对戏剧人才的培养中因时而动,适时变革人才培养模式,以期满足文娱市场的人才需求;需要树立数字化意识,建设数字化环境,开拓数字化资源,培养数字化能力。数字化转型背景下的戏剧人才培养不能舍本逐末,更应恪守戏剧作为“人的戏剧”的艺术本真。

Under the background of digital transformation of education,with the application of holographic projection,virtual re-ality,real-time image and other digital technologies in drama performance,as well as the prosperity of script entertainment such as“script+”,the integration of drama with new media and digital technology is increasingly significant.The digital transforma-tion of drama talent training is not only an inevitable requirement under the background of education digital transformation,but also an inevitable move for colleges and universities to cope with the drama industry and emerging drama forms.The digital de-velopment of drama brings new opportunities for drama and puts forward new requirements for drama talent training.The training of drama talents in colleges and universities should face up to and respond to the digital trend of drama industry,and change the training mode of drama talents in time to meet the needs of talent in the entertainment market.It is necessary to establish digital consciousness,build digital environment,develop digital resources and cultivate digital ability.Under the background of digital transformation,the cultivation of drama talents should not neglect the essentials,but adhere to the artistic essence of drama as“human drama”.
