吐鲁番市特色优势产业高质量发展研究——以“最甜蜜的产业”葡萄产业为例

Study on the High Quality Development of Characteristic and advantageous Industries in Turpan City——Take the“sweetest industry”the grape industry

党的二十大报告中指出:“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”。全面推进乡村振兴战略中提出“要发挥乡村特色产业,拓宽农民增收渠道”[1]。葡萄产业作为吐鲁番特色产业中的传统优势产业,是吐鲁番农业经济中的支柱产业,也是农民致富增收的特色富民产业。本文通过分析葡萄产业发展现状、存在的瓶颈与不足,针对性提出搭建一个科技研发体系,推动科技兴农;打造一个一体化经营体系,推动产业富农;培育一个“吐字号”品牌,推动品牌强农;形成一套产业保障体系,推动制度利农的意见建议,以此推动吐鲁番特色优势产业——葡萄产业高质量发展。

The Party's twenty national Congress report pointed out:"high-quality development is the primary task of comprehen-sively building a modern socialist country",and in the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization strategy put forward"to give play to the rural characteristics of the industry,expand the channels of farmers to increase income".Grape industry,as a traditional advantageous industry in Turpan's characteristic industries,is a pillar industry in Turpan's agricultural economy,and also a characteristic industry for farmers to get rich and increase their income.This article through the analysis of the grape in-dustry development status,existing bottlenecks and deficiencies.Put forward to build a scientific and technological research and development system to promote the development of agriculture by science and technology;Create an integrated management sys-tem,promote industrial rich farmers;Cultivate a"word"brand,promote brand strong agriculture;To form a set of industrial guarantee system and promote the opinions and suggestions of institutional farmers,so as to promote the high-quality develop-ment of Turpan's characteristic and advantageous industry-grape industry.
