南疆地区农民思想教育:意义、成效及建议——以和田地区为例

Ideological Education for Farmers in the Southern Xinjiang Region:Significance,Effectiveness,and Suggestions-Taking the Hotan Region as an Example

当前在乡村振兴视域下,农民思想教育工作在“切实做好脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴的有效衔接,最终实现乡村全面振兴,实现农业强、农村美、农民富”的奋斗目标中起着非常重要的作用。本文通过运用问卷调查、面对面访谈等研究方法,总结了南疆地区农民思想教育在提高农民思想认识、就业意识,提升文明素养等方面的重要意义。目前农民思想教育工作的方式方法在农民教育的各个环节中不断创新,一定程度上提升了思想教育的实效性。为进一步提升工作的实效性,农民思想教育要与提高农民群众信息素养、国家通用语言文字学习使用能力以及提高致富技能教育相结合。

Under the current vision of rural revitalization the ideological education of farmers plays a very important role in effec-tively connecting the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and ultimately achieving the goal of comprehen-sive rural revitalization.This article summarizes the important significance of ideological education for farmers in the southern Xinjiang region in improving their ideological awareness,employment awareness,and civilization literacy through research meth-ods such as questionnaire surveys and face-to-face interviews.At present,the ideological education of farmers is constantly in-novating in various aspects of farmers'education,which has to some extent improved the effectiveness of ideological education.In order to further enhance the effectiveness of work,ideological education for farmers should be combined with enhancing the in-formation awareness,learning the Standard Spoken and Written Chinese Language and improving wealth creation skills.
