摘要
针对面向欧洲市场的大型调车机车,文章进行了两轴转向架的平台分析研究。分析了转向架核心技术要求及核心标准等核心设计需求,提出了转向架总体和各部件的模块通用性要求,以及选取仿真计算与试验验证载荷所需考虑的因素,并从限界符合性、小半径水平曲线和竖曲线通过性能、车轮直径和车轴中心孔直径的选择、牵引装置型式、电机和齿轮箱悬挂的布置、驱动单元和悬挂系统设计、动力学性能优化等方面对面向欧洲市场的两轴大型调车机车转向架平台设计方案进行解析。
Aiming at the large shunting locomotive for the European market,the platform analysis of twoaxle bogie is carried out in this paper.The core design requirements such as core technical requirements and core standards of the bogie are analyzed.The module versatility requirements of the bogie and its components are put forward,as well as the factors to be considered in the selection of simulation calculation and test verification loads.The design scheme of the bogie platform for two-axle large shunting locomotive facing the European market is analyzed from the aspects of gauge compliance,passing performances of small radius horizontal curve and vertical curve,selections of wheel diameter and axle center hole diameter,traction device type,arrangement of motor and gearbox suspension,designs of drive unit and suspension system,dynamic performance optimization and so on.
