摘要
标准地铁车辆底架统型布线方案,是在国内外现有城轨车辆底架布线技术方案的基础上,以提高平台性、可靠性、可维护性、工艺性为出发点而设计的。文章详细介绍了标准地铁车辆底架中部、转向架区域和车端布线方案:中部采用集中出线的中央线槽方案,转向架区域采用从枕梁开孔进行穿线的方案,车端采用安装式车端跨接箱的方案。该方案既满足设计运用要求,又提高了车辆的维护性。
On the basis of the wiring technical scheme of urban rail vehicle underframe at home and abroad,the wiring scheme of standard metro vehicle underframe is designed,to improve the platform,reliability,maintainability and technology.This paper presents in detail the wiring schemes of the central part of underframe,the bogie area and the car end for the standard metro vehicle:the central part adopts the central channel scheme of the centralized channel,the bogie area adopts the scheme of piercing from the pillow beam,and the car end adopts the scheme of mounting the car end crossover box.The scheme not only meets the design and application requirements,but also improves the maintainability of the vehicle.
