摘要
针对某型受电弓在国内地铁线路运用过程中出现的弓头滑板支架开裂故障,文章通过失效分析、受力分析及强度仿真计算,分析故障原因,并提出2种滑板支架结构优化方案。通过对原设计方案和2种优化方案的对比分析,建议采用优化方案1对滑板支架进行结构优化,且装车运行考核结果也验证了该方案的有效性。
In view of the cracking fault of the skateboard bracket during the application of a pantograph bow in the domestic metro line,this paper analyzes the causes of the fault through failure analysis,stress analysis and strength simulation calculation,and puts forward two kinds of structural optimization schemes of skateboard bracket.Through the comparative analysis of the original design scheme and the two optimization schemes,it is recommended to use the optimization scheme 1 to optimize the structure of skateboard bracket,and the efectiveness of optimization scheme 1 is verified by the loading operation assessment results.
