Application of Principal Component Analysis Method Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process in the Requisition of Civil Ships

动员征用合适的民船,是完成好跨海投送任务的重要保证。针对当前大多依靠经验进行民船征用、方法不够科学的问题,在系统分析民船征用需要考虑的影响因素基础上,综合各种常用的评价方法,构建民船征用模型,即首先借助层次分析法将复杂指标问题数据化,然后取主成分分析法对指标进行降维处理,并进行了应用研究,检验了模型的可靠性,可为战时民船征用方案的制定提供科学、有效的手段。

Mobilizing and requisitioning suitable civilian ships is an important guarantee to accomplish the task of cross-sea projection.In view of the problems that the military forces mostly rely on the experience for the requisition ofcivilian ships,which is not scientific enough,a civilian ship requisition model is constructed based on a systematic analysis of the influencing factors that need to be considered in civilian ship requisition,and various commonly used evaluation methods are integrated.That is,firstly,the complex index problem is datalized by the analytic hierarchy process,and then the index dimension is reduced by the principal component analysis method.The reliability of the model is tested,which can provide a scientific and effective means for the formulation of civilian ship requisition scheme in wartime.
