宽幅异形门式索塔横梁施工关键技术

摘要 高堰西路舞水大桥主桥为(190+110)m自锚式悬索桥,索塔只在上部设置一道42.2 m跨度的根部为倒阶梯结构的异形横梁。为实现塔梁同步施工,经过方案比选及创新,采用双肢型支架+刚性桁架的支撑体系,结合低位拼装、整体提升及整体下落工艺,降低支架高空作业风险,同时通过支架分次整体下落,实现横梁分段施工,解决大跨、高截面异形横梁施工难题,达到了快速施工、节约成本的目的。 The main bridge of Wushui Bridge on West Gaoyan Road is a(190+110) m self-anchored suspension bridge.Only a special-shaped beam with a 42.2 m span and an inverted stepped structure is set at the upper part of the cable tower.In order to realize the synchronous construction of tower beams,through the scheme comparison and innovation,the support system of double-limb bracket+rigid truss is adopted,combined with the low-level assembly,overall lifting and overall falling technology,to reduce the risk of support for high-altitude operation.At the same time,the whole falling of the bracket is divided into stages to realize the segmented construction of the beam.It solves the construction problems of large-span and high-section special-shaped beams,and achieves the purpose of rapid construction and cost saving.
