摘要
教学实践能力的培养是师范类专业认证的核心内容,提高师范生教学实践能力需要明确师范类专业实践教学能力培养的构成要素。当前地方本科高校师范生实践能力的培养存在着教学资源配置不足、实践教学环节安排不合理等问题。在师范类专业认证的背景下,地方本科高校要建立立体化、递进式的实践教学体系,加强师范类专业师资队伍建设,形成多方合力,建立协同培养机制。
Lying at the core of the certification of the teacher training professions is the cultivation of student teachers' practical teaching ability,and to improve the ability needs the clarification of the factors in the cultivation.At present,various problems exist in the cultivation of their practical ability in local undergraduate universities,such as insufficient allocation of teaching resources,and improper arrangement of teaching practice.In the context of the certification of teacher training professions,it is necessary for these universities to establish a three-dimensional and progressive practice teaching system,so as to strengthen the faculty construction for this profession,and integrate various parties to cooperate and establish a collaborative cultivation mechanism.
