半消光40 dtex/48 f涤纶FDY的生产工艺探讨

Production process of semi-dull 40 dtex/48 f polyester FDY

在熔体直纺“一头两尾”四釜聚合装置上成功研制了半消光40 dtex/48 f涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),探讨了半消光40 dtex/48 f涤纶FDY的生产工艺,并对其性能进行了表征。结果表明:在纺丝箱体底部加装缓冷器,控制箱体温度为289℃,缓冷器温度为291℃,环吹风压力为30 Pa,无风区长度为55 mm,油剂乳液质量分数为19%,预网络气压为0.05 MPa,卷绕速度为4 300 m/min,拉伸倍数为2.42,拉伸温度为88℃时,生产稳定;制备的40 dtex/48 f涤纶FDY的断裂强度为4.52 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为29.3%,沸水收缩率为6.5%,含油率为0.95%,达到了GB/T 8960—2015标准要求的质量指标。

A semi-dull 40 dtex/48 f polyester fully-drawn yarn(FDY) was successfully developed on a "one-head two-tail" four-kettle polymerization plant of melt direct spinning process.The production process of semi-dull 40 dtex/48 f polyester FDY was explored,and its properties were characterized.The results showed that the production was stable when an retarder was installed at the bottom of spinning manifold under the conditions of spin manifold temperature 289 ℃,retarder temperature 291 ℃,circular air blow pressure 30 Pa,windless zone length 55 mm,emulsion mass fraction 19%,pre-interlacer air pressure 0.05 MPa,winding speed 4 300 m/min,draw ratio 2.42 and drawing temperature 88 ℃;and the prepared 40 dtex/48 f polyester FDY had a breaking strength of 4.52 cN/dtex,elongation at break of 29.3%,boiling water shrinkage of 6.5% and oil content of 0.95%,meeting the quality index required by GB/T 8960—2015.
