摘要
随着国内外政策法规和双碳背景的积极推动,世界能源格局逐渐由传统集中型能源向集中分布式能源转化。氢燃料电池作为继内燃机之后的最佳船舶动力源之一在船用动力领域也引发了企业对于相关知识产权的重视,推动了创新主体在竞争对手专利监控、专利布局等方面开展竞争。本文基于项目研发和产品导向的专利情报检索收集,定性分析了技术图谱拆解方式对于专利挖掘、专利布局的重要引导作用,并以船用氢燃料电池动力系统为例,结合相关竞争主体专利情报给出专利布局策略及建议。
With the active promotion of domestic and foreign policies and regulations under low carbon emission background,the world energy pattern is gradually transforming from traditional energy to diverse energy.As one of the best marine power sources besides from internal combustion engine,hydrogen fuel cell has also attracted the attention of enterprises to related intellectual property rights in the marine power field,and intensified the competition among innovative subjects in terms of patent monitoring and patent layout.Based on project and product-oriented patent intelligence research and competitive intelligence of relevant competitors,this paper analyzes the important guiding role of technology mapping and classification method for patent mining and patent portfolio,and gives suggestions for patent portfolio planning strategies of marine hydrogen fuel cell power system.
