韩首章从肝、脾、肾三脏治疗带状疱疹的经验总结

Professor HAN Shouzhang’s experience in treating herpes zoster from the perspective of liver,spleen and kidney

带状疱疹是潜伏于人体内的水痘-带状疱疹病毒在人体受到某种刺激(如创伤、疲劳、恶性肿瘤等)导致机体抵抗力下降时所诱发的皮肤损害。临床表现为身体一侧或脸部一侧出现带状分布的成簇水疱,并时常伴随局部剧烈疼痛。疼痛贯穿本病的始末,疼痛主要是气能行血、血能载气的功能失常,气血相互搏结,于脉道中运行不畅,不通则痛;皮肤、筋脉、肌肉失于气血的濡养,不荣则痛。辽宁奉天中医院院长韩首章教授立足于整体观念,针对此病提出了治疗需从调理各脏腑的功能出发,纠正其脏腑异常功能,从肝、脾、肾三脏论治带状疱疹的思想,总结出清肝、健脾、补肾三大治疗原则,临床上提高临床疗效、减轻患者病痛折磨,还为临床中医医师开拓了治疗带状疱疹的新思路。文章通过案例,介绍韩首章教授治疗带状疱疹的经验,以期为临床提供参考。

Shingles is a skin lesion induced by the varicella-zoster virus latent in the human body when the body's resistance is reduced due to certain stimuli(such as trauma,fatigue,malignant tumors,etc.).Clinically manifests as a band-like cluster of blisters on one side of the body or face,often accompanied by severe local pain.Pain runs through the beginning and end of the disease,pain is mainly the dysfunction of Qi(气)energy blood,blood energy carrying Qi,Qi and blood fight each other,in the veins do not run smoothly,not through the pain.The skin,tendons,and muscles are lost in the nourishment of Qi and blood,and if they are not honored,they are painful.Professor HAN Shouzhang,President of Liaoning Fengtian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,based on the overall concept,proposed that the treatment of this disease should start from regulating the function of each internal organ,correct the abnormal function of its organs,and treat shingles from the three internal organs of liver,spleen and kidney,and summarized the three treatment principles of liver cleansing,strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney,clinically improving clinical efficacy,reducing the pain and suffering of patients,and opening up new ideas for the treatment of shingles for clinical TCM physicians.This article introduces Professor HAN Shouzhang's experience in the treatment of shingles through case studies,in order to provide clinical reference.
