梁惠卿教授从“三焦气化理论”论治代谢综合征的学术思想

Professor LIANG Huiqing’s academic thought of treating metabolic syndrome from the Sanjiao Qihua theory

代谢综合征是指肥胖、高血压病、高血糖、血脂异常等多种心血管疾病的危险因素在一个个体中同时存在的临床综合征。福建省厦门市中医院梁惠卿教授认为代谢综合征多因过食肥甘厚味之物,加之缺乏运动,从而阻碍三焦气机,导致三焦气化不畅,使得人体的津液失于输布,各种病理因素如痰、浊、瘀、热等产生瘀滞体内,故三焦气化失常是代谢综合征的重要病机。三焦是通行诸气、运行津液的通道,在人体代谢过程中发挥着重要作用。三焦气化失常,水湿泛滥,痰浊内盛,导致代谢综合征的发生。梁教授认为如果单从脾、肾、痰、瘀论治只是侧重于三焦气化障碍的某一个环节均不够全面,而应从三焦气化理论角度治疗代谢综合征,故在其辨治上应注重通利三焦,使三焦枢机畅通,脏腑功能恢复正常。文章结合案例,介绍梁教授从“三焦气化”理论治疗代谢综合征的经验,在运用药物治疗本病的同时需要患者饮食控制以消除浊脂化生之源、加强运动促进气化功能,从而取得更好的治疗效果,以期为临床提供参考。

Metabolic syndrome refers to a clinical syndrome in which multiple risk factors for cardiovascular diseases such as obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia,and dyslipidemia coexist in an individual.Professor LIANG Huiqing of Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Fujian Province believes that metabolic syndrome is mostly caused by excessive eating of fatty and thick taste,coupled with lack of exercise,thereby hindering Sanjiao Qiji(三焦气机),resulting in poor Sanjiao Qihua(三焦气化),so that the body's fluid is lost in the infusion,and various pathological factors such as phlegm,turbidity,stasis,heat,etc.,produce stasis in the body,so Sanjiao Qihua disorder is an important pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome.Sanjiao(三焦)is a channel for passing through Qi(气)and running Jin(津)liquid,and plays an important role in the metabolic process of the human body.The Sanjiao Qihua disorder,water moisture flooding,and phlegm turbidity lead to the occurrence of metabolic syndrome.Professor LIANG believes that if the treatment of spleen,kidney,phlegm and stasis alone focuses on a certain link of trifocal gasification disorder is not comprehensive enough,but metabolic syndrome should be treated from the perspective of trifocal gasification theory,so it should pay attention to dredge Sanjiao in its identification and treatment,so that the trifocal cardinal can be unblocked and the internal organs function will return to normal.Based on the case studies,this paper introduces Professor LIANG's experience in treating metabolic syndrome from the Sanjiao Qihua theory,and requires dietary control of patients to eliminate the source of turbid lipid metaplasia while using medicine to eliminate the source of turbidity lipid metaplasia,strengthen exercise and promote gasification function,so as to achieve better treatment results,in order to provide clinical reference.
