范梅红教授治疗小儿厌食症经验浅析

An analysis of FAN Meihong’s experience in treating children anorexia

小儿厌食症是一种慢性消化功能紊乱综合征,其不良后果众多,严重者可致患儿身体机能日渐低下,进行性营养不良、贫血、佝偻病,更有甚者会导致患儿免疫力低下,也有可能造成反复呼吸道感染。小儿厌食症是儿科的一种慢性、常见、多发病,对儿童的营养状态、生长发育均有明显不良影响。造成小儿厌食的病理机制目前尚未明确,西医治疗多以对症治疗为主,但均是解一时之难,而非长久之计。从临床疗效来看,中药汤剂口服以及其他中医疗法较西医治疗疗效显著。山西中医药大学附属医院范梅红教授治疗小儿厌食症颇具经验。临床治疗上,她结合小儿脏腑特有的“成而未全,全而未壮”的生理特点,基于小儿“三不足,二有余”的生理特点,结合中医肝、肺、脾、胃四者之间的关系,以及现代患儿体质虚弱,易于感邪的体质特点,以运脾开胃、清肺疏肝,达到脏腑同调、脾胃自健的良好治疗效果。治疗上多从调理脏腑功能入手,以运脾开胃为总则,辅以清热泻火,使脏腑调和,脾运复健,胃纳自开。文章结合案例,介绍范梅红教授治疗小儿厌食症经验,以期为临床参考。

Pediatric anorexia is a chronic digestive disorder syndrome,its adverse consequences are numerous,severe cases can cause the child's physical function is increasingly low,progressive malnutrition,anemia,rickets,and even lead to low immunity,may also cause repeated respiratory infections.Pediatric anorexia is a chronic,common and frequent disease of pediatrics,which has obvious adverse effects on children's nutritional status,growth and development.The pathological mechanism of anorexia in children is not yet clear,Western medicine treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment,but they are all temporary difficulties,not long-term clinical efficacy,TCM medicine decoction oral and other TCM methods are more effective than Western medicine.Professor FAN Meihong of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine has considerable experience in treating anorexia in children.In terms of clinical treatment,she combines the physiological characteristics of children's internal organs are not yet mature and their functions are not yet complete,based on the physiological characteristics of children's deficiency of spleen,kidney and lung,with there are surplus in liver and heart,combined with the relationship between the liver,lungs,spleen and stomach of TCM,as well as the physical characteristics of modern children with weak constitution and easy to feel evil,to transport the spleen and open the stomach,clear the lungs and loosen the liver,to achieve the good treatment effect of organ homology and spleen and stomach self-health.The stomach opens itself.Based on the case studies,this paper introduces Professor FAN Meihong's experience in treating anorexia in children,in order to provide clinical reference.
