摘要
原窑头燃烧器一次风比例高、推力小、火焰温度低、火焰形状保持能力差,燃烧气氛不好,窑皮不平整,烧成带尾部易结圈,造成窑产量较低。结合现有生产状况及煤粉质量,重新设计燃烧器,并对燃烧器配套设施及使用参数进行优化。技改达到了改善窑皮、消除结圈、提高产量、降低煤耗的目的。
The original kiln head burner has a high proportion of primary air,low thrust,low flame temperature,poor flame shape retention ability,poor combustion atmosphere,uneven kiln skin,and easy ring formation at the end of the firing belt,resulting in low kiln output.Combined with the existing production conditions and the quality of pulverized coal,the burner was redesigned and the supporting facilities and parameters of the burner were optimized.The technological transformation has achieved the purpose of improving kiln skin,eliminating ring formation,increasing output and reducing coal consumption.
