摘要
以装配有梯级选粉机的工业化粉磨试验系统为分选系统,对钢渣粉和熟料粉进行分选,分别制备出细粉、中粗粉和粗粉三种粒度分布的粉体,研究水泥熟料和钢渣的粒度分布与化学组成、标准稠度需水量、强度及活性指数之间的相互关系,为建立水泥性能与粒度、组分关系模型打下基础。
The industrialized grinding test system equipped with gradient separator was used as a sorting system to sort steel slag powder and clinker powder,and three kinds of particle size distributions of fine powder,medium-coarse powder and coarse powder were prepared,respectively,to study the interrelationships between the particle size distributions of cement clinker and steel slag and their chemical compositions,water requirements for standard consistency,strengths and activity indices,and to lay a foundation for the establishment of a model of the relationship between the properties of cement and its particle sizes and components.
