河北省石家庄市大学生中药配方颗粒认知情况调查

Investigation on Cognition of Chinese Medicine Formula Granules among College Students in Shijiazhuang Hebei Province

目的:通过对河北省石家庄市大学生中药配方颗粒认知度及使用时的安全意识进行调查,为相关部门及中药配方颗粒的临床推广及深入研究提供参考。方法:选取2022年5—6月位于石家庄地区某四所综合性大学在校学生作为调查对象,统计分析大学生药品选择习惯影响因素,大学生知晓、正确认知中药配方颗粒与中药配方颗粒不良反应关注度影响因素。结果:大学三年级学生选择西药占比高于大学一年级及二年级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男生知晓配方颗粒占比高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大学三年级学生中药配方颗粒认知度认知正确占比高于大学一年级及二年级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大学生年级、性别、籍贯、民族与关注不良反应占比比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大学生对中药配方颗粒的认知度较低,对中药配方颗粒不良反应的关注度较低,需引起学校教育和卫生部门的重视,可通过发放宣传册、讲座普及相关知识,从而提高大学生人群对中药配方颗粒的认知度,保证用药安全性。

Objective:Through the investigation of college students'awareness and safety awareness of TCM formula granules in Shijiazhuang,Hebei province,this paper provides reference for relevant departments and the clinical promotion and in-depth research of TCM formula granules.Methods:Students in four comprehensive universities located in Shijiazhuang from May to June 2022 were selected as the survey objects,and the influencing factors of college students'drug choice habits were statistically analyzed.The factors influencing college students'awareness and correct cognition of TCM formula granules and adverse reactions were analyzed statistically.Results:The proportion of Western medicine selected by junior college students was higher than that of freshman and sophomore college students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of male students who knew formula granules was higher than that of female students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of correct cognition of TCM formula granules among junior college students was higher than that of freshman and sophomore college students,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the proportion of adverse reactions of college students in grade,gender,native place and nationality(P>0.05).Conclusion:College students have a low awareness of Chinese medicine formula particles and pay little attention to the adverse reactions of Chinese medicine formula particles,which needs to attract the attention of school education and health departments.Relevant knowledge can be popularized by distributing brochures and lectures,so as to improve college students'awareness of Chinese medicine formula particles and ensure drug safety.
