二甲双胍联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Metformin Combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the Treatment of Obese Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:分析二甲双胍联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年10月贵航贵阳医院收治的肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者50例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各25例。对照组进行屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗。比较治疗效果、性激素指标、脂类代谢指标及血糖、体重水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.042);治疗后,试验组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素及雄激素水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,试验组甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,两组患者血糖水平均降低,试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);治疗后,试验组体重水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:二甲双胍联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征可调整患者机体内的性激素代谢,通过改善患者血脂、血糖代谢水平,降低体重、雄激素,提高患者临床治疗有效率,具有较高的临床治疗价值及意义。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of metformin combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:Select 50 obese patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Guihang Guiyang Hospital from February 2020 to October 2022,and randomly divide them into control group and experimental group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets,and the experimental group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects,sex hormone indexes,lipid metabolism indexes,blood sugar and body weight levels were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.042).After treatment,the levels of follicle stimulating hormone,luteinizing hormone and androgen in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the blood glucose levels of the two groups decreased,and the test group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After treatment,the body weight of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Metformin combined with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome can adjust the metabolism of sex hormones in the patient's body.By improving the patient's blood lipid and blood sugar metabolism levels,reducing body weight and androgen,and improving the effective rate of clinical treatment of patients,it has high clinical treatment value and significance.
