西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Sitagliptin Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:观察西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年6月安顺七十三医院收治的84例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,通过随机抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各42例。观察组口服西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组口服阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组血糖指标、胰岛功能及不良反应。结果:用药3个月后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药3个月后,两组患者空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数均下降,观察组低于对照组,两组患者胰岛β细胞功能指数均提高,观察组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者应用西格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,血糖指标及胰岛功能改善显著,用药安全性较高,值得临床推广普及。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of sitagliptin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:Eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Anshun Seventy-third Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by random drawing method,with forty-two cases in each group.The observation group was treated with sitagliptin combined with metformin,and the control group was treated with acarbose combined with metformin.The blood glucose index,islet function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of medication,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin in the two groups decreased,and the above indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of medication,the fasting insulin and insulin resistance indexes of the two groups decreased,and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The isletβ-cell function index of the two groups was increased,and the index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with sitagliptin combined with metformin can significantly improve blood glucose indicators and islet function,and the drug safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
