5E康复护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者恐动水平及康复的影响

Effect of 5E Rehabilitation Nursing Mode on the Level of Fear and Rehabilitation of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:探讨5E康复护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者恐动水平及康复的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月常州市武进人民医院收治并予以手术的腰椎间盘突出症患者86例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以常规围术期护理,观察组则在对照组基础上实施5E康复护理模式。比较两组患者干预前后恐动水平与康复情况。结果:干预后,两组患者恐动症评分表评分均下降,观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.001);干预后,观察组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症手术患者实施5E康复护理模式,可有效改善患者术后恐动水平,促进术后功能恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of 5E rehabilitation nursing mode on the level of fear and rehabilitation of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of eighty-six patients with lumbar disc herniation treated and operated in Wujin People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with forty-three patients in each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation nursing mode based on the control group.The level of fear and recovery of patients before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of the kinesophobia scale in both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After intervention,the Oswestry disability index score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:5E rehabilitation nursing mode for patients with lumbar disc herniation can effectively improve the level of postoperative fear and promote postoperative functional recovery.
