急诊急救专科护士培训班学员分阶段临床带教方法的实践与效果

摘要 目的:对急诊急救专科护士培训班学员开展不同的临床教学方法,分析所取得的教学效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年8月贵州医科大学附属医院急诊急救专科护士培训班学员50名,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各25名。对照组应用常规带教方法,试验组应用分阶段临床带教方法。比较两组急诊急救专科护士培训班学员的理论考试成绩、临床操作成绩、对带教教师的满意度,带教前后专科知识和专科技能的准确掌握情况。结果:试验组理论考试成绩、临床操作成绩和对带教教师的满意度均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);带教后,试验组工作特点、工作环境、知识结构、收治标准、危重病整体观念、一体化监护系统、各种救治仪器、操作技能掌握及临床思维方法评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对急诊急救专科护士培训班学员实施分阶段临床带教方法,不仅可以提高理论考试成绩、临床操作成绩与对带教教师的满意度,而且能够提高护士专科知识和专科技能的准确掌握情况。 Objective:To carry out different clinical teaching methods to the trainees of the emergency nurse training course,and analyze the teaching effect obtained.Methods:Select 50 trainees from the training course for emergency nurses in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from May 2021 to August 2022,and divide them into a control group and an experimental group according to the random number table method,25 in each group.The control group used the routine teaching method,and the experimental group used the staged clinical teaching method.The theoretical test scores,clinical operation scores,satisfaction with the teaching teachers,and accurate mastery of specialized knowledge and technical skills before and after teaching were compared between the two groups of emergency nurses.Results:The theoretical test scores,clinical operation scores and satisfaction with the teachers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After the teaching,the test group's work characteristics,working environment,knowledge structure,admission standards,overall concept of critical illness,integrated monitoring system,various treatment instruments,operational skills and clinical thinking methods were all better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Implementing the staged clinical teaching method for the trainees of the emergency nurse training class can not only improve the theoretical test scores,clinical operation scores and satisfaction with the teaching teachers,but also improve the accurate mastery of nurses'professional knowledge and technical skills.
